We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Large Language Model Training Expert. As a Large Language Model Training Expert, you will create, assess, and refine pairs of questions and answers to improve a large language model (LLM). You'll generate realistic questions that someone might ask in real-life contexts and provide the best possible answers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create, assess, and refine pairs of questions and answers to improve a large language model (LLM)
• Generate realistic questions that someone might ask in real-life contexts and provide the best possible answers
• Develop, implement, and maintain guidelines and procedures for consistent, high-quality classification and content creation and organization
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the data annotation process
Requirements:
The candidate must possess a strong aptitude for working with data and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will be flexible and analytical, able to understand and interpret large datasets and apply predefined guidelines, ensuring accuracy and quality of annotations.
Essential Competencies:
• High Proficiency in English – C1 Level minimum as per the CEFR
• High Fluent level in Vietnamese in oral and written communication, with an in-depth understanding of culture and social trends in the region
• Educational Background – Undergraduate University Degree or higher qualification
Working Conditions:
• Monday to Friday, Evening Shift (6pm - 2am)
• Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin South
Benefits:
• Competitive Salary: €29,700 per year (base salary) and up to €33,000 per year (with late hours salary uplift)
