Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the installation of building systems and ensure high standards of work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in mechanical engineering and project management to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for specifying and establishing maintenance and operating procedures for building systems, managing project spend, and working with detailed diagrams, plans, and drawings.

Liaising with other professionals such as structural engineers, builders, surveyors, and in-house project teams will also be a key part of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience working in a related industry.
  • Previous experience in the HVAC or construction industry is highly desirable.
  • Capable of converting written and verbal instructions into accurate 2D/3D drawings.
  • Highly accurate and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team, while also being capable of using their own initiative.
  • A strong problem solver, with the ability to generate practical solutions to complex challenges.
