Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Voluntary Youth Clubs and Summer Projects Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing links with current volunteers running clubs and summer projects, developing new clubs and projects in areas of need, and ensuring they operate within national quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with youth work agencies to support volunteer development
  • Deliver training to volunteers on child safeguarding and club management
  • Organize events to build relationships between volunteers and facilitate their growth
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including UBU forms

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years' experience working with volunteers in a community setting, a relevant qualification, and excellent communication skills. You must also possess a full clean driving license and be able to work evenings and weekends as required.
