National Recruitment Manager

We are recruiting Health Care Assistants to work with our clients in Galway and Oranmore, as well as Mayo and Roscommon. This is a part-time and full-time job that requires driving, so you must have a clean drivers license and use your own vehicle.

The ideal candidate will have some experience and training in care skills and elderly care. They should be reliable, dependable, flexible, and have a can-do attitude. A caring and kind disposition providing a person-centred approach to the client is essential. Good communication and practical skills are also necessary.

This role involves providing high standards of emotional, social and personal care to clients. The successful candidate must adhere to all policies, keep accurate records, undergo continuous training and upskilling applicable to the role, implement the client's care plan and provide practical and emotional support to clients in a professional manner.

Job Type: Part-time / Full-time

Part-time hours: 18-40 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Weekend availability
  • Flexible hours

Experience:

  • HCA 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Certificate in Care Skills or Healthcare Support (desirable)
  • Drivers will be preferable
  • Full Clean Drivers License (required)
