Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineering Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in residential house building and be responsible for coordinating and supervising construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation.
  • Lead and manage site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure work is performed according to plans and standards.
  • Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure the availability of necessary materials, equipment, and resources.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain project momentum.
  • Collaborate with project management to update progress reports and contribute to project planning meetings.
Requirements:
  • Strong ability to understand technical drawings and ensure all substructure works are carried out in line with specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in dealing with utility providers (e.g. water and electricity services).
  • Confidence in managing tasks and ensuring the project stays on schedule.
  • Ability to prioritize workload / excellent time management / excellent managerial skills.
  • Strong work ethic and desire to work in a team environment.
