Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Regulatory Business Analyst.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.


Responsibilities
  • Lead and support AML-related regulatory initiatives across various entity types: Corporate, Listed, and Private firms
  • Perform regulatory gap analysis and contribute to remediation planning
  • Support BAU AML tasks as needed
  • Deliver multiple workstreams in a dynamic, regulatory-driven environment
  • Ensure timely delivery against strict deadlines
  • Provide insights and experience to enhance client outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency

Regulatory Expertise

Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following regulatory regimes is highly desirable:

  • Transaction Reporting - EMIR, MiFID, MAS, ASIC, HKMA
  • CSDR / T+1 - Settlement efficiency factors
  • DORA / Operational Resilience / Critical Third-Party Regime
  • Consumer Duty / Consumer complaints

Skills and Experience
  • Hands-on experience in AML roles across different entity types
  • Experience in Capital Markets is beneficial
  • Strong commercial attitude and client relationship management skills
  • Experience in Capital Management, Operations, Middle Office, Operational Risk, Liquidity Management is a plus
  • Exposure to regulatory frameworks such as MiFID II / MiFIR, Basel, IBOR, FRTB, CRD & CRR, SFTR, Operational Resilience
  • Previous consulting experience is desirable
  • Project Management certification is a plus

Hybrid Working

As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client's offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our client's policies and expectations are and these vary.

Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita requires.
