Electrician Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems maintenance and repair, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Description:

As an Electrician with our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems in commercial environments. Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining and repairing electrical equipment and systems;
  • Liaising with facilities teams to schedule maintenance and repairs;
  • Assisting in preparing progress reports and providing information for reporting;
  • Managing planned maintenance schedules and resources for each building;
  • Logging and updating site maintenance tasks on a CMMS and keeping hardcopy files;
  • Providing support in implementing short and long-term projects as required;
  • Maintaining building lighting systems and replacing fittings and lamps as needed;
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Right to Work in the EU;
  • Qualified in Electrical trade;
  • Full Driving Licence;
  • Experience in maintaining commercial environments and providing hard services;
  • Good working knowledge of building services installations including HVAC and other technical systems;
