You will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of Data Analysts and Data Engineers, scope, design, build, test, and implement tactical and strategic solutions, engage with stakeholders, and provide insights and recommendations on process/system improvements that support delivery and data strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technology and process improvements
  • Work with stakeholders to refine data requirements and roadmaps
  • Drive innovation by testing new technologies and approaches
  • Lead and mentor a team of Data Analysts and Data Engineers
  • Scope, design, build, test, and implement tactical and strategic solutions
  • Engage with stakeholders and provide insights and recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Solid SQL experience
  • Proficiency in Python, Spark, or PySpark
  • Experience in data ETL and blending tools
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
  • Hands-on experience developing data pipelines
  • Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate)
