We are on the hunt for an accomplished project planning professional to spearhead our team's efforts in delivering technically complex facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, and qualification (EPCMV) processes, as well as extensive experience in capital projects.

A strong analytical mind and exceptional collaboration skills are essential for this role, which involves analyzing schedule inputs, integrating data into master schedules, and ensuring credibility through recommendations and risk evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze schedule input from project partners, verifying durations and integrity, evaluating logic and float paths.
  • Integrate data into overall master schedules, ensuring credibility and making recommendations to manage float and resequence activities.
  • Evaluate schedule risk, perform analysis, baseline schedules, and document basis for approval.
  • Monitor schedule progress, deviations, and variances, assessing impacts on critical/near-critical path activities.
  • Develop alternatives for corrective action, prepare schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis.
Requirements:
  • BS degree in engineering, construction management, or related field or applicable experience.
  • 10+ years of experience as a planner/scheduler on facilities capital projects.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of EPCMV processes and experience in the Pharma/Biotech Industry.
  • Understanding of engineering, construction methodologies, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to generate earned value, SPI, CPI, and other schedule performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of vPlanner, BIM 360, and other visual & collaborative planning tools.
  • PMI or AACEI certification.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, displaying creativity and innovation.
