The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) is seeking an experienced Senior Risk Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the provision of risk management guidance to the NTMA, primarily in respect of the risk assessment of individual ISIF Irish investments and ongoing oversight of the ISIF Irish portfolio.

Job Description

The Senior Risk Manager will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the continued meeting of Second Line risk requirements for ISIF transactions both at original assessment stage and through the entire investment life cycle.
  • Review of ISIF transaction proposals and identification of key risks, including sector assessment, financial and projections analysis.
  • Playing a pivotal role in the timely delivery of consistently high-quality NTMA Risk review notes relating to ISIF investment proposals for submission to the NTMA Investment Committee.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management processes and be able to make a significant contribution to NTMA's risk management framework.
