Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee the construction and delivery of large-scale data centre projects in Leinster, Ireland.

This role involves managing a team of senior project managers and technical leads to ensure the successful completion of mega datacentres.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing project plans.

  • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals who want to work on high-profile projects without frequent travel or rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead senior project managers and technical leads (electrical and mechanical) on site.
  • Oversee the design and construction process, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
