We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and validating CNC part programs, as well as troubleshooting production issues and implementing process improvements.Key Responsibilities
- Create and validate CNC part programs for lathes and mills
- Adjust G Code to meet drawing specifications
- Provide support with tooling, jigs, and fixtures
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive corrective actions
- 2–5 years' experience in a CNC/machine shop environment
- Strong hands-on CNC machining experience (lathes or mills)
- Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD, ideally AutoCAD
- Understanding of engineering standards and manufacturing methods
- MS Office skills, especially Excel
