Job Overview:
Mint Marketing Talent is seeking a talented Customer Value Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of the Group Marketing Department, you will be responsible for managing customer value and developing effective campaigns to retain our customers.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have 2+ years of marketing experience in a utility or regulated industry. You will be responsible for developing and managing customer campaigns, working closely with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage customer campaigns, including writing briefs and managing creative development via agencies.
  • Support the CVM manager by completing key business reporting.
  • Be a problem solver with excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to work on business priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years' marketing experience in a utility or other regulated industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing a project end to end.
  • Experience working with third-party marketing agencies.
  • Demonstrable reporting skills, strong at Microsoft Excel and summarizing information into charts and key summaries.
  • Demonstrable presentation skills, a creative flair and comfortable with tools like PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of GDPR.
