The ideal candidate must obtain the necessary insurance license, be self-driven and motivated to succeed in a commission-only, remote work environment, maintain a work-life balance while working from home, commit to diversity, transparency, and integrity in all interactions, be available full-time with a focus on customer service and sales, and have no prior experience required.
