Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled New Business Development Executive to join our UKI market team. As a key member of our SMB sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing new business clients for TikTok, driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new business clients, leveraging prospecting and outreach techniques to engage with potential clients.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of new business clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success on the TikTok Ads Platform.
- Client Success: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop lead generation initiatives, onboard new clients onto the TikTok Ads Platform, and ensure their long-term success.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with regional peers in Account Management and Agency to drive business growth and achieve shared objectives.
Requirements:
- Sales Background: Proven experience in sales and business development, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Marketing Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, including campaign management, social media, and mobile advertising.
