About the Service

Our service provides person-centered support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, enabling them to live and participate in the community equally with others. We believe in empowering individuals to make choices and decisions about their lives, respecting their rights, and promoting their autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of Support Workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality person-centered support.
  2. Develop and implement person-centered plans for individuals, taking into account their needs, preferences, and goals.
  3. Ensure that all legislative, CCoI policies, and regulatory requirements are adhered to.
  4. Manage and maintain accurate records, including personal needs assessments, risk assessments, and incident reports.
  5. Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with our organizational values and ethos.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and effective, with excellent leadership and communication skills. A full driver's license and availability of own car are essential requirements.
