Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Cleaning Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

The job requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, wiping surface areas and making sure all areas are neat and tidy, including toilets/showers.
  • Performing general sweeping, scrubbing and mopping.
  • Cleaning windows, glass surfaces if required.
  • Disposing of rubbish from bins and containers.
  • Ability to undertake tasks as instructed by Area Manager.
  • Complying with Health and Safety requirements both on client site and company premises.
  • Exercising due care and attention when handling client property.
  • Set up stocks and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Informing the line manager of repairs that need to be done.
Requirements:
  • Required Language Skills: Speak, understand and have an ability to write English.
  • Previous cleaning experience is an advantage however not essential.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential.
  • Comfortable working alone and as part of a team as required for the role.
  • Responsible and reliable.
  • Able to complete tasks on time.
