We are seeking an accomplished Construction Management professional to lead and execute complex construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders and rigorous adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans that align with strategic objectives, manage site constraints, and create contract handbooks.
- Conduct thorough feasibility assessments and technical due diligence to inform project decisions.
- Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure alignment with project requirements and deliverables.
- Oversee the implementation of quality management procedures to maintain exceptional standards.
- Evaluate project performance against established criteria and metrics, driving continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Data Centres, Infrastructure, Renewables, Energy, and Pharma projects.
- Experience in contract administration and dispute resolution.
- Skilled in preparing and analysing construction programmes using software such as Primavera P6.
