Job Title: Clinical Nurse Manager 2 – Acute Virtual Ward
">Description: The purpose of the CNM2 in the acute virtual ward is to provide clinical leadership, operational coordination, and governance oversight for the delivery of acute care in the home setting. This role ensures that safe, high-quality, patient-centred services are delivered using digital health technologies and evidence-based care pathways.

- Lead clinical governance and service delivery for acute care in the home setting and oversee digital health-enabled pathways to ensure safe, high-quality care.">
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and experience in the acute virtual ward.">
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.">
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in digital health and nursing care.">
Requirements:

- Have at least 5 years post registration experience (or an aggregate of 5 years full-time post registration experience) of which 2 years must be in the specialty or related area.">
- Be registered in the relevant division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).">
- Demonstrate evidence of continuous professional development and a commitment to staying current with industry developments.">
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.">
