About the Role

As an Information Security Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our overall IT strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, validating, and designing technical security controls to secure our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical escalation point and team lead for security team members
  • Managing security incident response processes
  • Reviewing and investigating security tools output
  • Implementing security awareness training program
  • Maintaining awareness of emerging security threats and developments
  • Overseeing third-party management assurance activities

Requirements:

  • Analytical, organized, and problem-solving temperament with troubleshooting skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Information Security, combining technical hands-on experience with team management
  • At least one of Security+, CEH, OSCP, CISA, CISM, CISSP or related certifications
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Windows, Linux, networking technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Information Security or IT
  • M365/Azure Information Security and/or infrastructure certifications
  • Knowledge of IT Security best practices and Information Security Risk frameworks

Key Skills:

  • Creative problem-solving approach and methodical incident management
  • Technical skills to understand the infrastructure environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively
