Production Operator Role

Gain experience in a rapidly growing Medical Device company as a Production Operator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain production equipment and machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to ensure seamless manufacturing processes.
  • Perform assembly, fabrication, and/or testing of production units while adhering to quality standards and specifications.
  • Monitor and record production data, including measurements, observations, and any deviations from expected results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct quality control checks to verify products meet specifications and adhere to quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to provide feedback on product performance, process improvements, and potential issues.
  • Comply with good manufacturing practices (GMP) and maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Qualifications include a Leaving Certificate or equivalent, additional technical education or vocational training is advantageous, prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred, basic knowledge of scientific and technical principles relevant to the industry is desirable, proficiency in following detailed instructions and accurately documenting data, strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, commitment to producing high-quality work, good communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities or project requirements, understanding and adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
