Job Title: RFI Content Specialist

This role involves developing, writing and finalizing responses to client and prospect RFIs and similar documents. You will coordinate the interaction between Business Development and key business leaders within ICON, collecting pertinent and strategic content for RFIs.

You will also develop and manage content within our RFI Content Library. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, write and finalize responses to client and prospect RFIs and similar documents.
  • Coordinate the interaction between Business Development and key business leaders within ICON.
  • Collect pertinent and strategic content for RFIs.
  • Develop and manage content within our RFI Content Library.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution or international equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of professional writing experience preferred.
  • Experience using computerized information systems and standard application software (e.g., Windows, MS Office).
  • Experience with SharePoint preferred but training will be provided.
  • Must read, write and speak fluent English.
