Customer Service Representative Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver frontline support for clients
  • Utilize systems and tools available to effectively handle customer inquiries
  • Strive to achieve and maintain service level statistics
  • Maintain a high level of first call resolution and quality assurance
  • Contribute to overall team performance within your specialized department
Personal Success Profile:
  • Fluency in English is mandatory for this position
  • Possession of a Leaving Certificate (preferable)
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service to clients
  • IT literacy
  • Confident telephone manner with strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and friendly with a positive outlook

Working Hours:

40 hours per week within business hours of 8am and 9pm

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive base hourly rate paid at €12.70 plus retention bonus scheme
