The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Contract and Commercial Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will facilitate senior management analysis requests and strategic decision making by ensuring accuracy and reliability of contract and commercial data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sanctions screening and complete associated questionnaires as required.
- Support the maintenance of standard contract administration processes and respond to ad hoc analysis requests & contract queries.
- Review customer contracts and validate data on in-house systems.
- Identify and facilitate the resolution of queries arising from contract reviews with relevant business teams.
- Assist with ongoing initiatives to improve contract data quality and compliance checks.
- Consult with stakeholders during project planning and execution phases, creating and delivering training, facilitating query resolution, and progress tracking.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Show understanding of standard contract administration processes and ability to interpret legal contracts.
- Possess attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and accuracy.
- Be well organized, structured, and methodological in approach.
- Display good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with senior management.
- Able to multi-task and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Willingness to take responsibility and ownership for work.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Maintain 3+ years of post-graduate experience preferably in a consultancy or Deal Desk/sales ops role.
- Possess a 1.1 or 2.1 degree in any field.
