Cpl Healthcare requires a Senior Clinical Director Psychiatry to lead their client`s team in South Dublin. This role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and services in an approved mental health setting.
The service provides comprehensive mental health support and services with a focus on neuropsychiatric services for adults with complex mental health needs. Key areas of focus include Alzheimer`s, Parkinson`s and Huntington`s Diseases, as well as early onset dementias, schizophrenia and mood disorders.
The service operates within a recovery-oriented framework, utilising evidence-based clinical practices and interventions to enhance patient outcomes and quality of life. A collaborative multidisciplinary team approach ensures seamless care delivery.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Specialist registration with The Irish Medical Council and a sub-specialised interest in Psychiatry of Later Life or Neuropsychiatry.
- A minimum of seven years post-grad experience, with expertise in people management and additional clinical responsibilities.
- A proven ability to drive service development and improve patient care through effective Clinical Governance.
- An ability to teach, manage, coach and engage with medical students, staff and allied health professionals.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to healthcare organisations.
- Ability to work core contracted hours and participate in on-call services.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
