Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring work progresses in line with the construction schedule.
- Supervise and coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of work.
- Implement and monitor strict health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of all personnel on-site.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Ensure that all construction work is completed to the highest quality, meeting design specifications, building regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor project costs and report any variances to senior management.
- Maintain good communication with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential developments, ideally with experience in mixed-use projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Full driving licence and own transport.
