We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Reception and Office Support Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and supporting various administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have two years of reception experience or similar role, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Additionally, they will be able to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and be a team player with a can-do attitude.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming phone calls and emails
