We are seeking a skilled Audiovisual Specialist to support and maintain our Microsoft Teams Rooms and associated AV systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, deploy, and support various AV hardware including Poly, Logitech cameras, Crestron, Biamp, Q-SYS, and display systems.
  • Integrate AV systems with Microsoft Teams Rooms platforms.
  • Monitor AV systems for performance, uptime, and usage trends; proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Provide real-time troubleshooting and resolution of AV issues in meeting rooms and collaboration spaces.
  • Perform routine maintenance, firmware updates, and system optimizations.
  • Collaborate with IT, facilities, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless AV operations.
  • Deliver user training and support end-user adoption of AV technologies.
