Our client, a leading Irish manufacturer of modular accommodation, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee project engineers and subcontractors. The successful candidate will report to the Contracts Manager and be responsible for managing site workforce in a safe and diligent manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage projects from design phase to handover, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
  2. Coordinate Design Coordination workshops with design team, consultants, and trade contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  3. Oversee construction operations on designated sites, ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety protocols.
  4. Liaise with Head office to coordinate materials and labour delivery to site.
  5. Conduct daily & weekly safety checks and monitor the construction programme to ensure smooth project progression.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with main/sub-contractor on large residential schemes, with excellent communication and organisational skills. They will also be familiar with QA checks, snagging, and sub-contractor management.
