The Mount Juliet Estate is seeking a highly skilled Parkland Specialist to oversee the maintenance and presentation of its grounds. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to progress their career within a 5* Luxury Estate with a supportive and ambitious employer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the overall appearance of the estate's grounds, gardens, and components in accordance with established standards.
• Ensure the efficient use of resources and optimize maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement treatment programs for shrubs, flower beds, grasses, and soils throughout the year.
• Collaborate with the greenkeepers and facilities manager to maintain high-quality turf and ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare and execute seasonal maintenance programs, including regular updating of records and inventory management.
• Supervise staff and ensure they are trained, motivated, and adhering to health and safety protocols.

About You:

• FETAC Level 6 or equivalent qualification in Greenkeeping and Sports Turf Management or Landscaping.
• PA1, PA2, and PA6 spraying certificate in spraying.
• Digger - FETAC Certificate and a CSCS Card (1 day) inc hedge cutters and other equipment.
• Chainsaw operation course and manual handling course.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (or equivalent).
• Full, clean driving licence.
