Salary

The annualised salary for this position is €35,000 - €45,000 based on experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Analyse clinical workflows and identify opportunities for improvement through technology.
  • Create and maintain system documentation including user guides and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with application testing, including user acceptance testing and regression testing.
  • Support the configuration and maintenance of clinical applications.
  • Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate complex problems appropriately.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in healthcare IT or clinical systems support.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare workflows and terminology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate between technical and clinical language.
