The CRU has published a decision paper and user guide for the implementation of the Price Control 5 Regulatory Framework.
This regulatory framework introduces new incentives and reporting requirements aimed at enhancing GNI's adaptability to challenges and promoting customer-centric practices.
A transition period is necessary before implementing these changes, allowing further engagement and feedback.
The CRU has finalised its decision on how to implement these changes, presenting a summary of responses to the consultation and outlining its decisions in the Decision on Price Control 5 Regulatory Framework Implementation paper.
A comprehensive explanation of each aspect of the framework will be implemented as presented in the Price Control 5 Regulatory Framework User Guide.
