We are seeking an experienced Telecom Operations Engineer to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the support and expansion of our telecom infrastructure.

 

About the Role:

We operate a large-scale, distributed environment that utilizes a unique SIP-based call center platform. Our platform supports thousands of concurrent calls and tens of thousands of agents. You will help expand our infrastructure globally, support existing systems, and innovate telecom operations through tooling and processes to enhance productivity.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain our telecom infrastructure
  • Expand our infrastructure globally
  • Innovate telecom operations through tooling and processes

 

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in large-scale, distributed environments
  • Understanding of server and network interrelations
  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Familiarity with open-source VoIP systems like Asterisk, FreeSwitch, SIPp, SER
