We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building relationships with founders and marketing leaders in the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth and exceed sales targets
* Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
* Engage with business owners and marketing teams to understand their needs and provide solutions
* Drive outbound sales with creative approaches to stay ahead of the competition
* Collaborate with a high-performing team to achieve sales targets
Requirements
* 1+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in SaaS/MarTech
* Fluency in German and English (written and verbal)
* Experience selling to founders and marketing leaders
* Track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment
* Resilience and a growth mindset
