  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized care plans, ensuring that each resident's unique needs are met and their quality of life is enhanced.">

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Care Provision: Deliver high-quality care and assistance to residents as per their Individual care plans and instructions by Centre Management.">
  • Respect Dignity: Ensure that the main principles of the National Standards of Residential Child Care (dignity, privacy, choice, safety, realising potential and equality and diversity) are reflected within the service provided.">
  • Communication: Advise the Social Care Manager of any changes in the young people's needs.">
  • Safety: Support young people and staff to be aware of all aspects of safety.">
  • Teamwork: Liaise with Social Care Manager, Deputy Social Care Manager, Social Care Leader and staff on issues relating to the centre.">
  • Development: Set and demonstrate good standards of work practice. Adhere and implement policies and procedures of the company. Attend training as required and pertinent to the centre.">
  • Accountability: Be accountable for your own actions and personal and professional development. Attend and partake in professional supervision.">
  • Community Engagement: Work positively with family members and other professionals.">
">Required Qualifications:">
  • ">
  • A minimum Level 7 qualification in Applied Social Care or a related field.">
  • OR A minimum Level 7 qualification in Nursing, Psychology, Teaching, Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, Social Work, Social Sciences or Youth and Community Work.">
  • A thorough knowledge of the principles and practice of social care.">
  • Full Driving License.">
  • Currently undertaking or holding a CORU-recognised Social Care Qualification.">

  • This role involves working in a residential care setting with children and young people.">
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.">
