Job Overview:

As the Senior Materials Inspection Lead you will be responsible for leading a small team of quality control material analysts and supporting incoming materials in a GMP environment for the QC release of biologic products and incoming materials.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead a small team in incoming material inspection.
Plan and assign tasks.
Oversee material inspection for drug product manufacturing.
Ensure well-trained, organized, and compliant team.
Support quality control and continuous improvement.
Foster effective communication and cross-departmental collaboration.
Maintain data integrity.
Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards.
Monitor material inspection program and external testing.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Perform physical material inspections.
Maintain GMP documentation.
Close GMP documentation promptly.

Requirements:
Previous leadership experience in a GMP environment.
Experience in quality documentation and batch release.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software preferred, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
