Job Title: Banking and Finance Lawyer

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that provides legal expertise to clients in the banking and finance sector. The role will involve providing advice on various legal matters, including contract law, company law, and regulatory compliance.

In addition to providing legal advice, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work closely with other teams within the organization to develop business strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • LL.B or LL.M degree in Law
  • Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience as a lawyer
  • Strong understanding of contract law and company law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. A good understanding of the banking and finance sector is essential.
