Home Care Assistant

Our organisation is seeking a caring and compassionate individual to support customers in living happily and safely at home.
Main Responsibilities- Assist with personal care, such as bathing or showering.
- Support with daily activities, including dressing, meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Ensure the customer's safety, dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
- QQI Level 5 Health Care Award or equivalent qualification.
- Additional training in safeguarding, dementia and infection prevention and control.
- Basic patient care: bathing, dressing, feeding.
- Assisting with mobility and exercise.
- Effective communication and active listening skills.
