Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional guest service, while also supporting the management team in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless execution of all services.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all departments.
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs, providing proactive solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing the hotel's daily operations, coordinating efforts between departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • A mature and approachable demeanor, with a strong sense of empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations systems and procedures, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
