Job Description:
">Our Restructuring practice provides effective solutions to clients across various industries and situations. We assume direct responsibility for organizations in distressed scenarios, involving lenders, investors, companies, and their advisors.
">Responsibilities:

- Taking calculated risks and adopting change to solve problems.">
- Driving success and influencing others within the business unit.">
- Managing engagements such as financial and operational restructuring, liquidations, receiverships, examinerships, valuations, corporate advisory, and investigation assignments.">
- Drafting detailed reports and documents for Courts and creditors.">
- Mentoring junior staff members.">
- Establishing relationships with potential and current clients.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.">
- Insolvency, accounting, or legal background with an internationally recognized qualification.">
- At least 7 years of recent experience in insolvency, restructuring, and investigations.">
- Strong risk tolerance and stress management skills.">
- Good business acumen and commercial sense.">
- Ability to practically apply knowledge to identify issues and solve complex problems.">
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.">
