Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the role of Control Design Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing global policies and procedures for Design Controls, Process Development, and Risk Management.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for engineering and quality management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, chemical, manufacturing, or biomedical disciplines, as well as experience in R&D and/or New Product Development, Process Development/Manufacturing Engineering, R&D systems engineering – Design Controls, Process Development, and/or Risk Management, Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global policies and procedures for Design Controls, Process Development, and Risk Management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Provide training and support to personnel on quality system policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and guidance documents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Biomedical disciplines.
  • At least 5 years' experience working in R&D and/or New Product Development, Process Development/Manufacturing Engineering, R&D systems engineering – Design Controls, Process Development, and/or Risk Management, Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a global environment/global teams across many cultures and regions, managing and executing complex projects/programs in an engineering environment.
