End-to-End Data Architecture Specialist

Reperio has partnered with a company that's seeking an experienced data professional to join their high-performing data team in Dublin. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end data architectures using the Azure ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing scalable and secure data architectures to support analytics, reporting, AI, and operational workloads.
  • Collaborating with engineers, analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet business requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining data models, ETL/ELT designs, and data warehouses to support business intelligence.
  • Implementing data security, privacy, and compliance measures to ensure GDPR and HIPAA regulations are met.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience as a Data Architect or Senior Data Engineer working extensively in Azure environments.
  • Deep understanding of Azure data services, cloud architecture, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake, Databricks, Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB, and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in data modelling, ETL/ELT design, and data warehousing.
  • Strong grasp of security, privacy, and compliance in the cloud.
  • Solid experience with Python, T-SQL, Spark, or similar technologies.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience implementing real-time streaming solutions using Azure Event Hubs, Stream Analytics, or Kafka.
