Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and offer recommendations based on beverage knowledge and product awareness.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area and equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing the cash register system effectively.
• Assist in stock management, restocking, and rotation to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.

About You:

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Bartender in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of beverages and cocktail preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
