We are seeking a Corporate Tax Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate tax compliance and reporting obligations, including preparation and review of corporation tax returns and tax provisions.
- Manage tax audits and queries from Revenue, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Provide tax advisory support on business initiatives such as mergers & acquisitions, cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and financing structures.
- Monitor tax risks and planning opportunities, keeping senior leadership updated on changes in tax legislation.
Requirements
- CTA or dual-qualified tax professional trained in practice.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland; no visa available.
- Corporate tax experience required, with consideration for candidates from other tax heads.
