Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled driver to join our team. As a road passenger driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently from one location to another.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of road safety and customer service principles.

You will work closely with other drivers and transportation staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Our ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:
  • A full clean D-class Irish driving licence
  • Digital tachograph card (issued in Republic of Ireland)
  • Driver CPC for Public Service Vehicle (PSV) drivers (issued in Ireland)

We operate a total fleet of approximately 1,160 coaches and buses, with almost 500 providing school transport services.

Our standard working week consists of 39 hours, exclusive of breaks and spread over 7 days.

Annual leave is rostered for all drivers, with 20 working days plus additional service days after 5, 7, and 10 years' service.

Training and Development:

Drivers receive training in vehicle and route familiarization, AVL, periodic CPC training, customer care, defensive driving, and eco-driving techniques.
