Strategic Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a hands-on financial leader to join our finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role within a fast-paced, diverse business environment.

About the Position
  • Supervise day-to-day accounting operations for a high-performing finance team.
  • Review and analyze monthly management accounts for multiple entities within the group and prepare presentation-ready reports.
  • Budgeting and forecasting: develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring timely and accurate cash flow management.
  • Coordinate and prepare monthly reporting packs for senior stakeholders, including key performance indicators and trend analysis.
  • Oversee the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors to ensure compliance with audit standards and reviewing final audited financial statements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with banks and other external partners, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
  • Responsible for stock control across all franchises within the group, ensuring efficient inventory management.
  • Liaise with external tax consultants to ensure timely and accurate tax returns filing and compliance with tax regulations.
