Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Facilitator - Disability Support.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for supporting individuals with complex needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong awareness of key worker roles and philosophies surrounding support to people with complex needs.

  • Awareness of current legislation and regulations relating to the Social Care Sector.
  • Proven knowledge of disability support principles.
  • Understanding of the needs and rights of individuals with autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work independently and implement care plans and PCPs.
  • To prioritize the needs of the person supported in all activities.
  • To deliver support according to the person's PCP and care plan.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A full QQI level 7 Award in Social Care or relevant 3rd Level Qualification at degree level (e.g., Social Work, Psychology).
  • Full driver's license essential.

Location: Dun Laoghaire, Dublin. Employment Type: Full-time.
