Job Description:

As a Property Law Specialist, you will be responsible for managing sales files from start to finish of the sales process.

This role involves working in a team environment and liaising throughout with clients, agents, and banks.

You will prepare booklets of title and ancillary documents for the sale, draft contracts, and issue them to purchasers' solicitors.

Addressing queries from purchasers' solicitors and preparing replies is also a key part of this role.

You will arrange completions and carry out closings, maintaining trackers of progress on sales.

Preparing necessary documents for registration in the Registry of Deeds and Land Registry is another important task.

You will deal with any post-completion matters such as outstanding undertakings or queries.

Additionally, you will update spreadsheets and perform other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as requested.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in property law, preferably with new build conveyancing experience.

Experience dealing with high volume residential deals and directly with clients is also highly valued.
