Senior Graphics Researcher & Developer - Game Rendering Specialist

We seek an experienced graphics researcher and developer to design, implement, and deploy cutting-edge mobile graphics algorithms for top-performing games. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about computer graphics and driven to deliver high-quality rendering solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize mobile graphics algorithms to address performance issues in existing games.
  • Analyze and deploy advanced computer graphics techniques for mobile gaming, ensuring seamless user experiences on Huawei devices.
  • Identify key trends in mobile computer graphics research and propose innovative solutions to enhance game engine graphics capabilities.
  • Collaborate with technical artists to devise technical implementation plans, driving novel improvements and delivering production-ready results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong passion for computer graphics and drive to deliver exceptional rendering solutions.
  • BSc., MSc. or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Graphics, or Video Game Development.
  • Thorough understanding of computer graphics fundamentals (Shading, Rasterization, Culling, etc.).
  • Experience with HLSL/GLSL, Vulkan/GLES3, and solid C++ coding skills with 3+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Hands-on expertise with Unity, Unreal 4/5, Godot, or other popular game engines used for mobile games and relevant debugging tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
Additional Benefits:
  • Prior involvement in game engine development is highly valued.
  • Experience with data-oriented design and ECS is a significant plus.
  • Able to translate research paper ideas into working code, solving complex problems while considering end-user requirements.
