Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing audits on recorded and live client interactions, providing evaluation feedback to call center agents through QMS, and conducting regular one-on-one or group calibration sessions.

Additionally, you will support the business in managing and implementing Quality Management standards and processes that align with global standards and local market nuances.

  • Apply critical thinking and analytics skills to provide insights to clients
  • Conduct weekly analysis to identify error trends and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Highlight trends and red flags to the business for better improvements

You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate maintenance of sample calls/chats library in accordance with local legal requirements and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to highlight QA trends and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform audits on recorded and live client interactions

Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales or call center environment with Quality Assurance experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
